The Financial Analyst will be responsible for tracking the company’s financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports. The analyst must have expertise in evaluating financial and investment information, lender / investor management and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform budgeting, financial forecasting, reporting, MIS and operational metrics tracking
  • Responsible for building financial models, making deal memos, revising underwriting values
  • Coordinate the preparation of the Corporation’s financial statements (P&L, Actuals, Projected, Key KPI), earnings and management discussion and analysis (annual and interim)
  • Work on Mergers & Acquisitions and financing transactions
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, comparative analyses and make recommendations for optimization
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, automated tools, and online dashboards

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 6-8 years as financial analyst in investment banking, PE or VC environment
  • Bachelor’s degree with focus in Finance, Business, Economics; CPA or MBA preferred
  • Strong financial modeling experience
  • Experienced in investor reporting and management
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Our Recruiting is looking for an amazing Account Manager/recruiter to support our consultants on the Bench. You are someone who has client connections in the areas of Device Validations, Engineering, Healthcare, and IT. You will be working with our clients to ensure our consultants are continuously on projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our with Clients/Vendors to develop a pipeline of new requirements
  • Screen/prepare resumes to highlight the consultants qualifications as they pertain to the requirements
  • Work closely with consultants and the offshore sales team
  • Take ownership of bench candidates and job postings
  • Manage Onboarding and new hire process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field desired
  • Recruiting/Placement experience preferably in the Medical Device Industry
  • Three or more years recruiting and account management experience preferred.
